These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jetvuzz ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jetvuzz online gaming platform available at https://jetvuzz.net (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating a jetvuzz account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

jetvuzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jetvuzz will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. Headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.

Access to and use of the jetvuzz Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which they hold an active jetvuzz account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jetvuzz enforces a strict minimum age of 18 and takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not as an agent, representative, or employee of any corporate entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jetvuzz, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by jetvuzz or requested by you through our responsible gaming tools.
• You have not previously had a jetvuzz account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

2.1 Age Verification

jetvuzz will verify the age and identity of every player as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process prior to permitting any withdrawal of funds from the Platform. Age verification requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document, which may include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. Until verification is complete, jetvuzz may at its discretion restrict certain Platform features including withdrawals.

2.2 Underage Gambling

If jetvuzz has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the player's account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all bets placed by the player will be declared void, and any funds deposited by the player will be returned subject to deduction of any winnings derived from void bets. jetvuzz does not profit from underage gambling.

To access the full features of the jetvuzz Platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held within the account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jetvuzz account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same personal details, the same device, the same payment method, or otherwise linked — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jetvuzz will close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform. Any bonus funds received across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jetvuzz login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jetvuzz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jetvuzz support immediately at [email protected]. jetvuzz accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification Requirements

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations, jetvuzz conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all player accounts. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any other time at jetvuzz's discretion. Documents commonly required include a Bangladesh National ID card (NID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the request notification may result in temporary account restriction.

3.5 Account Closure

You may close your jetvuzz account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. jetvuzz will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements. jetvuzz also reserves the right to close any player account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

jetvuzz supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and accessible transactions for all players. All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the jetvuzz Platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Islami Bank Bangladesh, Sonali Bank

Payment methods available may vary and jetvuzz reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment options at any time. Players will be notified of any significant changes through the Platform or via email.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your jetvuzz account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. If a deposit is not credited within this period, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• jetvuzz does not charge fees for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days following KYC clearance. Withdrawal times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• jetvuzz reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared, real-money funds may be withdrawn.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the jetvuzz Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jetvuzz does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees arising from a player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

jetvuzz offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who are 18 years of age or older. jetvuzz reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion or from all promotions at its sole discretion. Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated on each individual promotion page. As a general rule:

• Bets placed on games with a higher house edge contribute at a lower rate toward wagering requirements.
• Certain game categories (e.g., progressive jackpot slots, live casino) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting a wagering requirement — check the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds not used within this period will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jetvuzz maintains sophisticated detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between players, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, and systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions

jetvuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted and in progress by a player. jetvuzz also reserves the right to amend the terms of a promotion where it is reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or where an error has occurred in the publication of the promotion.

jetvuzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing players with the tools and information necessary to keep their gambling within safe and enjoyable limits. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a means of addressing financial difficulties.

6.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all jetvuzz account holders through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit into your account. Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are prepared to accept over a set time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set duration of uninterrupted play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) without triggering full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months for temporary self-exclusions and indefinitely for permanent self-exclusions.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude from jetvuzz, you may do so by accessing the responsible gaming section of your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is active, jetvuzz will take all reasonable steps to ensure that you are not sent marketing communications and that your access to the Platform is blocked. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to your registered payment method after identity verification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jetvuzz Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and potential legal action:

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment credentials to make deposits.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for gambling on the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a malfunction will be declared void.

7.2 Automated & Unfair Play

• Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or place bets without genuine human input.
• Employing strategies specifically designed to manipulate the outcome of RNG-based games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered on the Platform.

7.3 Platform Misuse

• Attempting to access the Platform using methods designed to circumvent geographical restrictions or security measures.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform software.
• Reproducing, distributing, or republishing any content from the Platform without the express written consent of jetvuzz.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetvuzz excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — relating to the Platform and its content. In particular, jetvuzz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.1 Excluded Losses

jetvuzz shall not be liable to any player for any of the following types of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, even if jetvuzz has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Any loss arising from the temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside jetvuzz's reasonable control.

8.2 Maximum Liability

Where jetvuzz is found liable to a player by a court of competent jurisdiction notwithstanding the exclusions in this section, jetvuzz's total aggregate liability to that player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their jetvuzz account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Force Majeure

jetvuzz shall not be in breach of these Terms, and shall not be liable to any player, for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations arising from any cause beyond jetvuzz's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authority, power failures, internet service provider failures, strikes, or civil unrest.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the jetvuzz Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jetvuzz with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
